The Shade Hotel was an ambitious project with the owner Mike Zislis, who is a true visionary. Having completed successful restaurants and other real estate endeavors, this project was unique its vision and its execution. Having a global vision of integrated construction, Zislis' vision of off-shore construction and on-site assembly of key components and elements of the architecture and furnishings for this project has become a tribute to future solutions. Zislis is currently working on another Shade Hotel based on his previous successes and it will be sure to be a great destination.
